CHICKEN ITALIANO 
1 lb. boneless chicken breast, cut into strips
3 oz. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. Italian dressing
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. zucchini, sliced
1 lg. tomato, cut into wedges
6 slices cheese, cut into sm. pieces

In a shallow baking dish, place chicken with mushrooms; cover with Italian dressing. Marinate 30 minutes. Drain chicken and mushrooms; reserve marinade. In large skillet, cook onion in butter until tender. Add chicken and mushrooms and cook covered over medium heat, about 5 minutes until chicken is tender. Add zucchini, tomato, and reserved marinade; cook and stir until zucchini is tender. Remove from heat; sprinkle with cheese pieces. Cover; let stand 3 minutes until cheese begins to melt. Serves 4 to 6.
