1 c. butter
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
3 c. chocolate pieces
1 lg. pkg. miniature marshmallows
2 c. walnuts, chopped

Blend butter, sugar and milk. Boil for 6 minutes. Add remaining ingredients; stir until well blended. Pour into well buttered pan. Cool. Cut into squares. Yield 2 pounds.
