2/3 c. thick sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
Dash of hot pepper - not Tabasco
1 1/2 tsp. chopped chives, parsley or chervil
Juice of 1 lemon

Mix the cream with the salt, hot sauce, lemon juice, and prepared mustard. Add chives, parsley, or chervil. Pour this over a green salad and mix well. Add sugar to taste. Excellent over cucumbers.
