DEPENDABLE PIE DOUGH 
1 c. flour
1/3 c. shortening
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. water

CRUMB RECIPE:

3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter

Mix crust for bottom of 8 inch pie. Mix flour, shortening, salt and water. Roll out on a floured board.

Makes crumbs for top of 8 inch pie. Mix flour, sugar and butter, until coarse crumbs.
