CREAM CHEESE DOUGH 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. butter
2 c. flour
1/4 c. powdered sugar
Pie filling of your choice

Mix together the cream cheese, butter, flour, and powdered sugar. Refrigerate. Then roll out and put in the filling of your choice. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Yields 8 servings.

I made this dough I altered it just a bit. I put in 2 1/4 cups of flour and then I rolled each one out in powdered sugar. I filled them with a mixture of 1 can condensed milk, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 package nestle chocolate chips and walnuts, crushed. Melt till smooth and then spread on each roll out. Roll up like small jelly rolls bake about 30 minutes or until slightly brown on top and bottom. When cool slice each roll into small slices and sprinkle powdered sugar on them.
