Marinate chicken breast in Italian dressing. Bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Add Monterey Jack cheese slice on top of chicken and make salsa of chopped bell peppers, tomato and green onion. Sprinkle over chicken and continue baking for 15 minutes.
