SHORTCUT GOBS 
1 box devil's food cake mix (dark chocolate)
1 1/4 c. flour

Gob Icing:

1 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco
1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
1 c. milk

Mix the cake mix as directed and add the flour. Mix until smooth. Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet.

Bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes. Insert toothpick to test if done. For Gob Icing, mix all ingredients with mixer at high speed until creamy. Place icing between layers of gobs.
