CORN & TOMATO SKILLET 
1 green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. sugar
4 tomatoes, peeled & sliced
2 c. corn, cut fresh from cob
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Cook pepper and onion in butter until soft. Add other ingredients and cook until corn and tomatoes are tender, about 10 minutes.
