STUFFED CLAMS 
1 onion, minced
1 clove garlic
1 c. minced clams, do not drain
1 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. white wine
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. oregano
Salt & pepper

Saute onion and garlic in a little bit of olive oil until golden. Add rest of ingredients; mix. Stuff into clam shells and bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve hot in the shell. I put buttered bread crumbs on top.
