STUFFED CLAMS 
1 sm. onion, minced
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 can minced clams with juice
1 c. 1/2 bread crumbs
1/2 Italian cracker crumbs
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. white wine
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. oregano (optional)

Saute onion and garlic in oil until golden. Add rest of ingredients; mix well. Stuff clam shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
