COUNTRY OVEN STEW 
1 lb. stew meat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
10 oz. mixed veggies, frozen or canned
2/3 c. evaporated milk (or whole milk)
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/3 c. water
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Handful of flour

Coat meat with the flour. Brown meat and onions in the oil in a large skillet about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add all ingredients. Mix well and pour into a large baking dish. Cook, covered for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Reheats well in microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
