AUNT LINDA'S PEACH CUSTARD PIE 
5 or 6 whole peaches, sliced (fresh or canned)
2 eggs
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell

If using canned peaches drain well.

Mix ingredients and pour over peaches in shell. Bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees then bake 45 minutes at 325 degrees.

(Adding extra peaches will prevent custard from setting.)
