1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
2 eggs, well beaten

Mix above ingredients. Slice enough peaches for pie. Cover with mixture. Sprinkle with sugar and dot with butter. Bake 10 minutes at 450 degrees. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 30 minutes or until custard is done.
