OREO COOKIE CAKE 
16 oz. Oreo cookies
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar
16 oz. Cool Whip
2 (4 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. butter

Melt butter. Crush Oreos and combine with butter. Pack bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan (saving some of cookies for top.) Combine cream cheese, Cool Whip, and confectioners sugar. Use half for layer over cookies; chill. Make pudding with milk and layer; chill. Add remaining cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with reserved cookies. Chill 24 hours.
