42 crushed Oreo cookies
1 c. butter

Combine and put into bottom of 9x13 cake pan. 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 c. powdered sugar

Mix until smooth and spread over bottom layer.

Make according to package directions and spread on top of cream cheese layer. Top with 8 ounce whipped topping and sprinkle crumbs of 4 Oreo cookies on top. Refrigerate.
