COMPANY POTATOES 
6 to 8 potatoes, boiled, skinned and cubed
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in cubes
1 c. mayonnaise
1 onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked, crumbled
1/4 c. black sliced olives

Toss diced potatoes with next 4 ingredients. Pour into greased casserole. Sprinkle with bacon and olives. Bake at 325 degrees uncovered for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
