FINNISH NISU 
4 c. scalded milk
2 sticks butter, put into scalded milk
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 c. very warm water to dissolve 4 env. yeast
6 eggs
17 c. flour or until dough isn't sticky

Knead dough for 10 minutes. Makes 4 or more large pans of rolls.
