1 head leafy lettuce 4 scallions, sliced 2 oz. toasted slivered almonds 2 oz. sunflower seeds 5 oz. can Chinese noodles Large can mandarin oranges DRESSING: 4 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. oil 6 tbsp. cider vinegar Combine all vegetables and nuts, except for Chinese noodles. Mix salad dressing. Pour over salad immediately before serving, also adding Chinese noodles. Immediately after serving watch the bowl become empty before your very eyes. |
