FROSTED LIME-WALNUT SALAD 
1 pkg. lime flavored gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple (2 1/2 c.)
1 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
1/2 c. finely sliced celery
1 tbsp. chopped pimento
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; cool until syrupy. Stir in pineapple, cottage cheese, celery, pimento and chopped walnuts. Turn into 8x4x4 inch loaf pan rinsed in cold water; chill. When firm, unmold or leave in pan.

FROSTING:

Blend the cream cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice and beat until smooth. Frost top of salad and decorate with walnut halves and flowerets or pimento strips and parsley sprigs.
