CORN & TOMATO CASSEROLE 
2 c. creamed corn
2 c. canned tomato, drain
2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 c. cheese, grated
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 sm. onion, grated
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1/4 c. celery, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients. Bake about 40 minutes in moderate oven, 350 degrees. Top with grated cheese or buttered bread crumbs. I prefer the cheese. Very good with steak, bird or duck.
