STEAMED CRANBERRY PUDDING 
1 egg
1/4 c. molasses
1/4 c. white Karo syrup
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. cranberries, halved
1/3 c. boiling water
1 tsp. baking soda, in the water

Flour the cranberries with 1/2 cup of the flour. Mix in the order given.

Steam in mold 2 1/2 hours. Serve warm with butter sauce.

BUTTER SAUCE:

1 c. white sugar
1 c. coffee cream
1/2 c. butter
1 tbsp. flour

Cook slowly for about 30 minutes. Add vanilla. Can be cooked in double boiler.
