VEGETABLE SQUARES 
2 tubes Pillsbury Crescent Rolls (8 count)
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 env. Ranch dressing mix (sm.)
1/2 bunch broccoli, fresh cut
1/2 head cauliflower, fresh cut
1 sm. green pepper
1 sm. red pepper
2 sm. shredded carrots
8 to 12 oz. pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Using cookie sheet with sides, spread rolls to make solid surface. bake crust at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes, until golden brown.

Mix mayonnaise, cream cheese and dressing. Spread over cooled crust. Mix all vegetables in bowl. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Top with shredded cheese. let set overnight. Cut in small squares.
