HOT FUDGE SAUCE 
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
Dash salt
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix dry ingredients in microwavable container. Stir in water. Cook in microwave about 1 1/2 minutes on high. Remove. Blend in butter. Cook on high for additional 30 seconds, stirring after 15 seconds. Blend in vanilla, stir thoroughly.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
