FUNNEL CAKE 
1 egg, beaten
2/3 c. milk
1 1/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Heat Crisco oil in saucepan. Mix all ingredients together with electric mixer. Pour mixture into medium size funnel while holding hole closed with finger. Pour mix in center of pan with hot oil; criss-cross mixture to desired size. Flip when golden brown with tongs. Drain grease on paper towel; sprinkle with powdered sugar.
