GARDEN PATCH SALAD 
1 (17 oz.) can petite peas, drained
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can green beans
1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar whole mushrooms
1 (2 oz.) jar sliced pimiento
1 c. celery, chopped
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1/3 c. bell pepper, chopped

DRESSING:

1/4 c. salad oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c.sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. celery seed

Combine all dressing ingredients and pour over vegetables. Chill overnight, drain and serve as salad or relish.
