SWEET POTATO CRUNCH | |
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. melted butter 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 c. sugar 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 c. milk 2 c. miniature marshmallows CRUNCH: 1 c. brown sugar 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1/2 c. flour 1/2 stick butter Combine all ingredients together and put in a large casserole dish. Combine all ingredients for crunch, and crumble over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, uncovered. |
