1 box Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix with butter
1 c. chopped pecans
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 stick butter, melted

Prepare cake mix according to package directions and pour into greased and floured 9x13 inch baking pan. Sprinkle pecans on top. Melt butter and mix with cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until fluffy. Spread. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
