FRAN'S SPEEDIE MARINATING SAUCE 
1/3 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. rosemary
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. oregano
meat for marinating (i.e., chicken, beef)

Measure everything into a gallon size Ziploc bag set in a large bowl or pan. Place it into the refrigerator, bowl and all. May marinate chicken up to two days.
