DILL CUCUMBERS 
4-6 lg. cucumbers
2 tomatoes, quartered (optional)
1 (8 oz.) tub sour cream
1/2 tsp. dill, crushed, dried
1 green onion, sliced (optional)

Lightly peel cucumbers so they're green and white stripe. Slice 1/8 inch thick.

In bowl mix sour cream and dill until creamy. Add cucumbers to sour cream mixture. Quartered tomatoes and sliced green onion can be added if desired.
