DUMP CAKE 
1 pkg. cake mix (lemon or your choice)
1 can fruit cocktail, heavy syrup (16 oz. can)
1 c. melted butter

Empty can of fruit cocktail into a casserole dish. Then empty cake mix on top. (NOTE: Do not mix together, spread evenly on top of fruit cocktail.) Then pour melted butter all over top of cake mix. Bake cake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or when top is brown. Let it cool, then serve.

This is a great easy recipe. I used 2 cans of fruit cocktail in the bottom of a 13x9 pan, sprinkled cake mix over it evenly and the melted butter (unsalted) on top. Baked at 350°F for 45 min. It was a little more like cobbler but delicious with cool whip or vanilla ice cream. It took 5 minutes to prepare.
