3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
6 tbsp. buttermilk
1 unbaked pie shell
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. coconut

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together and pour in pie shell. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until a knife is inserted in pie and comes out clean.
