FETTUCCINE WITH VEGETABLE AND
HAM
 
8 oz. fettuccine
1/4 c. water
16 oz. frozen broccoli, cauliflower, carrots
1 c. skim milk
1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
8 thinly sliced smoked ham (Buddig)
1/2 tsp. pepper

Cook fettuccine according to package directions. Omit salt and fat. Drain. Place in large bowl and keep warm.

Bring 1/4 cup water to boil in medium saucepan. Add vegetables. Cook uncovered 3 minutes or until vegetables are crisp and tender. Drain. Set aside and keep warm.

Place milk in small saucepan. Heat on low until warm. Add warm milk and cheese and fettuccine. Stir thoroughly. Add vegetables, ham and pepper. Enjoy. 260 calories.
