SURPRISE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground meat
Salt & pepper to taste
3/4 c. cubed cheese
1 pkg. egg noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Season meat with salt and pepper. Shape into bite-sized meatballs around cheese cubes. Cook meatballs in skillet until brown on all sides; drain. Cook noodles as directed. Lightly stir in soups, Parmesan cheese and meatballs; place in lightly greased casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs. Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 4-6.
