RITZ CRACKER PIE | |
22 Ritz crackers, finely crumbled 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. baking powder 1 c. sugar 3 egg whites 3/4 c. crushed pecans Beat egg whites until stiff. Gradually add sugar. Fold in vanilla, cracker crumbs, baking powder and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes in a 9 inch pie plate (greased), molding mixture to shape of plate. Top with 2 pint heavy whipping cream. May add 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained. |
