CRACKER SALAD 
1 stack saltine crackers
1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped fine
1/4 c. onions, chopped
1/4 c. chopped pickles
6 hard boiled eggs, chopped fine
1 pt. mayonnaise

Crumble crackers in large bowl. Add onions, pickles, pepper and eggs; mix well. Add mayonnaise and let sit in refrigerator overnight. Can be used as a salad or made into a sandwich.
