RITZ CRACKER SALAD 
3 egg whites
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. sugar
40 Ritz crackers or 1 1/2 c. crumbs

Beat egg whites with baking powder until stiff, gradually add sugar beating until very stiff. Fold in crackers and spread in large pan 10x15. Bake in 250 oven 15 to 20 minutes. Cool. Then top.

TOPPING:

2 pkgs. Dream Whip
3 oz. cream cheese
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can fruit cocktail, drained
1 c. chopped nuts

Spread on crust and garnish with coconut and maraschino cherries if like. Chill or freeze. Serves 10.
