CRACKER CAKE SALAD 
6 egg whites
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla (plus)
3/4 c. chopped pecans
2 c. broken Ritz crackers

Beat egg whites stiff, slowly add sugar, baking powder and vanilla. Beat until stands in soft peaks. Then fold in broken crackers and nuts. Bake in greased sheet pan at 375 degrees for 20 minutes, set aside to cool.

TOPPING:

2 pkgs. Dream Whip, sm. env.
1 c. cold milk
1 lg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c. crushed pineapple

Beat Dream Whip and milk until thick. Beat cream cheese separate, then beat both together, add pineapple, spread on top and put in refrigerator.
