12 med. potatoes 3 bags crab and shrimp boil 4 lbs. sausage 3 lbs. shrimp 3 lbs. snow crab legs 8 ears corn Salt to taste In a large bowl, add 6 quarts water and salt. Cook potatoes until firm and remove from pot. Add crab and shrimp boil and sausage. Cut in small pieces. Bring to boil 5 minutes, then add shrimp and crab legs, corn and potatoes. Bring back to boil for 10 minutes. Cut heat off and let stand for 15 minutes. Serves 6 to 8. |
