DOUBLE DELIGHT TOFFEE COFFEE

Mix:

1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. nuts (chopped)
1 tsp. cinnamon

Set aside.

In large bowl put: 2 tsp. baking powder 1 box (dry) instant butterscotch pudding 1 box (dry) instant vanilla pudding 1 c. water 3/4 c. cooking oil 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 4 eggs

Mix and beat for 2 minutes. Pour half of batter in greased 9 inch baking pan. Sprinkle half of brown sugar on top. Pour on remaining batter and remaining sugar. Bake 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
