DOUBLE COFFEE CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 pkg. instant butterscotch pudding
1 c. water
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil

Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and instant vanilla and butterscotch pudding together. Add water, oil and beat in eggs. Pour 1/2 batter into 13 x 9 inch pan.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Sprinkle top of batter with 1/3 of topping mixture. Pour rest of batter in pan; add rest of topping mixture. Bake 350 degrees 40 to 45 minutes.
