APPLE-SPINACH SALAD 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. fresh spinach, torn in bite size pieces
2 Granny Smith apples, chopped
1/2 c. cashews
1/4 c. golden raisins
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. celery salt

Combine first 4 ingredients. Combine sugar and next 4 ingredients in a jar. Cover tightly and shake vigorously. Pour over spinach mixture, tossing gently.

Yield: 6 servings.
