2 pkg. washed spinach, trimmed
1 c. red onion, thinly sliced
1 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped
1 Red Delicious apple, cored & thinly sliced

DRESSING:

3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. sugar
1 sm. clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. salt

Mix dressing ingredients together and pour over salad ingredients. Toss. Serves 8.
