TEXAS HASH 
1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 to 1 1/2 c. noodles (small)
1 can Ro-tel tomatoes and chili peppers
Tomato juice to thicken
1 tsp. chili powder

Cook noodles and drain. Brown beef (salt to taste). Drain grease. Use grease to cook peppers and onions until tender. Drain again. Mix beef, peppers and onions back in skillet.

Stir in Ro-tel, chili powder. Add tomato juice until good consistency. Add noodles and let simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with or over loaf bread.
