TATER TOT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mozzarella cheese
Frozen tater tots
1/2 c. dried onion flakes
1 tsp. paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown the ground beef and drain thoroughly. In a casserole dish mix together the beef, mushroom soup, onion bits, paprika, salt and pepper. Top with tater tots and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle mozzarella on top and return to oven until cheese melts.
