GOOD - FOR - YOU GRANOLA BARS 
1/2 of a 12 oz. chocolate chips (1 c.)
1/2 of a 12 oz. bag butterscotch chips (1 c.)
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/3 c. honey
1 c. uncooked oats
1/2 c. chopped dates
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. nuts

Melt all chips together in a double boiler or microwave. Blend in marshmallows and honey. The mixture will be sticky at first, but will melt into liquid.

In a separate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Add the chocolate mixture and mix well. Pour into a 9 x 14 inch pan coated with vegetable oil cooking spray and pat down.

Cool in refrigerator. When partially cool, cut into bars. Serve at room temperature for maximum chewiness.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
