TEX MEX PARTY PLATE 
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 (16 oz.) pkg. sour cream
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 ripe avocados, mashed (or 1 [8 oz.] pkg. guacamole dip)
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 tomatoes, diced
2 green onions, diced
1 lb. bag mission strips (tortilla strips)

Combine taco seasoning and sour cream; set aside. In 8-inch diameter pan with 1 1/2-inch sides, layer in order: beans, avocado and sour cream; top with cheese, tomatoes and green onions. Serve with tortilla strips. Black olives may be added on top.
