ROSEMARY JELLY WITH ORANGE &
LEMON JUICES
 
Make an herb infusion of 2 tablespoons of dried rosemary or 4 tablespoons of fresh and 1 cup of boiling water. Boil about 10 minutes and strain through a cloth.

Combine in a saucepan: 1/4 c. lemon juice 3/4 c. orange juice 3 c. granulated sugar

Bring to a boil and immediately add 1/2 bottle Certo. Bring to boil again, stirring all the time. Boil about 1 minute, pour into glasses and seal with paraffin. 5 (5 ounce) jars.
