SALISBURY STEAK - DELUXE | |
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can mushroom soup 1 tbsp. mustard 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. horseradish 1 1/2 lb. ground beef 2 tbsp. parsley, chopped 1 egg, slightly beaten 1/4 c. bread crumbs 1/4 c. onion, chopped Dash of pepper 1/2 c. water 1/2 tsp. salt Blend mushroom soup, mustard, Worcestershire and horseradish. Combine beef, 1/4 cup soup mixture, egg, crumbs, onion and seasonings; shape into 6 patties. Brown; pour off fat. Stir in remaining soup mixture, water and parsley. Cover and cook over low heat 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. |
