2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. Coca Cola
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Combine flour, sugar and nuts in a bowl. Heat butter, cocoa and Coca Cola to boil. Pour over flour mixture and mix well. Mix together eggs, buttermilk, soda and vanilla. Add to first mixture and mix well. Add marshmallows. Pour into greased and floured 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.

ICING:

1/2 c. butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. Coca Cola
1 box powdered sugar

Bring butter, cocoa and Coca Cola to a boil. Add powdered sugar. Beat well. Spread over cake while cake is hot.
