CRANBERRY RING 
1 (6 oz.) box strawberry Jello
1 (8 oz.) jar applesauce, sweetened
1/2 c. port wine or strawberry juice
2 c. boiling water
1 can jellied cranberry sauce

Pour boiling water over cranberry sauce in large bowl and stir. Stir in Jello and applesauce; mix until smooth. Add port wine or juice. Pour into large ring mold, chill until ready to serve. Serves 8 to 10.
